Develop a presence on NCCU’s campus and initiate genuine life-giving relationships with students, staff, faculty, parents and partners.
Initiate and develop a life-giving discipleship plan to improve the quality of life on campus and NCCU’s larger community.
Develop an aggressive leadership agenda/plan to raise up young spiritual leaders to address today’s pressing issues.
Serve as a bridge to other churches to promote their collaborative work with NCCU students, their families, and faculty.
Collaborate with other faith communities to learn, understand, and value our differences to enhance and improve the spiritual life at NCCU.
